So I'm not usually one for ghost stories, and I thought this might be similar to others where they thought there was a ghost but there wasn't. I was wrong. BUT...this one grabbed me right away and didn't want to let go.
I figured out the big secret between Edie and Elspeth pretty early on in the book, but the twist near the end is what I didn't see coming at all. Up until that point, the story was excellent. Afterwards the story just kinda...gave up, I guess - I realize the twist was the climax and the rest was just to tie it all up, but it seemed half-hearted.
But overall, a great read!
